Hey, mbburr33! I also sent you an email, but then I found this post that you mentioned in your Direct Message! In case anyone else was wondering, you can only have a maximum of 2 clinical site supervisors for your Externship. So, of the 4 people who would be happy to supervise for you, please pick the two who you feel that you will be seeing more often than the others. The clinical site supervisors must be licensed, and must have graduated from an AVMA accredited school. They must each fill out their own set of paperwork because there are certain pages that need to be signed by the proposed supervisor. I hope this helps!
