The date you are referring to is actually generated from the Study Planner, which is a scheduling tool to keep you on track. If you change a date next to any exam, or if you take a break from studies for a period of time and reset the plan, then the graduation date would change within the Study Planner. However, this again is a tool to keep you on track, it is not your actual graduation date. It is telling you that if you keep your progression at that pace, that is the date you can expect to complete by.
