I'm in Arizona 2 hours behind eastern time and have the same difficulties. I get home around 7pm on average (AZ time) and also miss a lot of the webinars. I just find as many as I can that are either at 7 or 8 or on my days off to attend. I've even listened on my phone while I'm driving home. (not ideal because I can't see the slides but better than nothing) I tried to get in as many as possible early in the semester to get in the required minutes, and now I'm able to attend when I can without the pressure.
Unfortunately I think most of the instructors are on the east coast or central, and if they have to be at work the next morning they can't really have too many late webinars. I'm looking forward to the day when the webinars are recorded so we can watch them anytime. (it's been talked about but is a HUGE project) But I fear that will happen after I graduate from the program, so in the meantime I just do the best I can.
