Oh No! Sorry you're having Study Guide issues ktrots! I just tried logging in and accessing mine, but had no problems. I would recommend using a different internet browser. I have seen a ton of posts with the same issue. I use google chrome and never had an issues, but I've see where that is precisely what a student is using, but when they switched to Internet Explorer or Firefox it worked. Additionally you should make sure that you have the latest updates to Adobe.
Also, when I start a new class, I download the study guide to my computer, so that I won't have to worry about internet access each time. I actually print them out too, but I know that can be a hassle sometimes.
