I receive my textbooks in the mail, and it normally takes 7-10 days. It should reflect any book shipments you have on your Student Portal. You can also take a look at the information at the following link:
I only experienced a Back Order on one occasion, and if I recall correctly, I still had the book in the mail within 3 weeks.
The books are yours to keep.
