Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but take a look at the following:
Note in the first row the "alphabet quote", second row "annual quote" and "austere quote".
See if when you scroll down further if there is a "Filigree quote" or "accent".
I don't use the MAC Word 2011, but this might help you.
